We went to a family barbque at a friends house the other day. All of the kids were sitting around the television watching Franklin the Turtle, who was teaching some lesson about sharing and playing nice. I was watching the episode, mostly because I love turtles and I was secretly hoping my son would take to the cartoon because he had never seen it before. My hubby's good friend, and the token single guy at the barbeque, came into the room and sat nearby. He looked at the tv and said, "Oh cool. Is this kind of like the modern day version of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?"
